Dear Kaplan students

Please accept our sincere apologies for the problems you have had recently regarding our P6 recording sessions.

We understand there was an oversight on our part that the recorded lessons were not uploaded timely and also some other technical problems which our IT team has been trouble shooting. All the recorded lessons have been uploaded onto the E-portal and if you still encounter any problem, please contact Joslin at Joslin.Poh@kaplan.com or 63095795

Because of this oversight and as a testament of our appreciation of you as our customer, we are going to provide you with a $100 cash refund. Please allow our Finance 2 weeks to process the cheque refund. We will inform you once the cheque is ready for collection.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies that our usual high standards of services were not met in this instance and we assure you of our best attention to your learning needs.

Nevertheless, i got my DVD and cash refund.

To add on, i was threaten (or shd i say warned) that if i pass the DVD to others, i might face lawsuit from Kaplan and they would not hesitate to report to ACCA Singapore & UK. =X
