Ribena is advertised as a drink tt gives us a healthy dose of Vitamin C, 4 times more den oranges.

but when 2 NZ students, 14 year old tested the drink in a school science experiment, Ops... it contained almost no trace of vitamin C!!!


Apparently, GSK(lead market for Ribena) did not take the children seriously when they approached them w the result bck in 2004. Eventually, it comes into light after a top-rating New Zealand TV consumer prog broadcast the news.

and what? Elsyne, next time b4 u order Ribena, pls rem it is only water with a lit of purple colouring n blackcurrent. loL

Ps: I hv no idea how to test for Vitamin C, but i do know how to test for starch usin Iodine~the purple result. =)

I adore FastPass! it allows you to skip the queue and go to the fast pass queue, which is much shorter!

When you approach a FASTPASS Attraction you will see 2 clocks. The first one will tell you how long is the waitin time. The other clock, FASTPASS DISTRIBUTION, tells you what time you should return if you got a FASTPASS ticket.

Im so sorry bout the brief update on my Jeepun trip, realized my blog is
starting to collecting dust. Ok!!!

Jeepun is lovely...
ignoring the over-priced transport and freezing weather of cuz.
And since it was winter time, it means no tube, no shorts but all the winter wear tt makes me look so much like a fluffy sheep. I don feel like trying
clothes cuz it means spending hell lots of time removing the layerin of clothes.

& it was an eye-opener there, be it the yummi-de-lious food, overly-polite ppl, navigatin (ok, tt was ah da job), e bullet train, the snowy (I was so excited I actually wanted to open my mouth n taste snow). =)


Their tram rides was rather interestin. Like Singapore, they do
hv priority seats too. But, U hardly can spot young ppl hoggin
on the reserved seats even if the train is full. The “heater seats” is a add-on too,
it warm up my freezin butts.

An Australian toddler was so determined to help himself to sweets from a lolly machine that he climbed through the tiny dispensing hatch, ending up imprisoned inside four walls of glass.
