Japan Craze 6

This lady was seen cuddling, singin lullaby and tuggin her baby to slp. & of cuz i got a shock when i saw whats in her arms!
I manage to take a quick snap.

and shes not the only out there, a gal hog a seat for her teddybear on a tram ride.
seriously, is this normal in Japan?
