Im really sorry to start this whole email with a bad note.
Apparently the factory workers manufactured the whole dress wrongly. The satin strap are supposedly to be bronze in colour but they came white one white and black one black like the nicole chiffon top version but the material is in lycra.
So sorry about this and i do not want this thing to happen too and was screaming at the factory supervisor on the phone when i saw the air cargo today.
So sorry dear , the BO will only arrive 3rd week of March earliest.
Feel bad making u guys wait and wait and some of you wanted this dress for CNY .
We will be giving you a one time off 15% off an item for your future purchase.
Really sorry about this incident.
