Went for a early jog this mornin,
n i barely can finish a lap.
yes, a lap! (lousy me)
& if sm1 were to run beside me,
they can be sure to hear me cursin & swearin
So i decided, i wil hold e timer instead,
n prepare dar for e up-comin Ippt.
